To secure the booking, an invoice will be sent to you via email requesting a 50% deposit.
The booking will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit. Payment can be made by
credit card or bank transfer. This is a minimum payment to hold your booking, and it may
not be refundable as per clause 2.
Full payment of the balance of the booking is required 6 weeks prior to the event, with a
confirmation of numbers. If the final payment is not received by this time, we will consider
the booking cancelled without a refund of the deposit.
All prices are in Australian currency (AUD) and include goods and services tax (GST). - Cancellations
Cancellations after a deposit has been paid but outside 6 weeks of the date of the event,
you will be offered a refund, less a charge of 10% of the deposit.
In the event of Blue Wren Shuttle Service cancelling a booking due to unforeseen
circumstances or force majeure then your deposit will be returned in full. - Our service
Please note, for all wedding transfer bookings the bridal party will get preference. The
bridal party includes the bride, groom, groomsmen, bridesmaids, matrons of honour, flower
girls and page boys.
On the day of the wedding, we will pick you up from your specified address as per the
booking request. Passengers must be present five minutes prior to our departure time in
order to adhere to your itinerary in a timely manner. Our vehicles will leave 5 minutes after
the scheduled pick-up time from your pick-up point.
Changes to the itinerary can be accommodated up to 7 days before the date of the
booking. - Our service area
Local transfers include travel to Heathcote, Bendigo, Seymour, Avenel, Nagambie,
Kirwans Bridge, Murchison, Yea, Trawool, Tallarook, Broadford, Kilmore, and
Puckapunyal.
Transfers outside a 50km radius of the Heathcote Visitor Information Centre include
Wandong, Euroa, Shepparton, Wallan and Craigieburn. These transfers attract an extra
charge, and the number of passengers must be a minimum of 4 people. - Our Vehicles and Drivers
Currently, we have 2 buses that each carries 10 passengers, 1 bus that carries 13
passengers and a car that carries 6 passengers.
Our drivers are experienced, trained, fully across safety regulations and have first aid
certificates.
Our vehicles are professionally maintained for safety and comfort. - Adhering to the itinerary
If your group causes a time delay and does not follow the times set out on the agreed
itinerary, you may be charged $90.00 per hour, charged in 1-hour blocks for any over time
at the end of your day.
If a delay is caused by us, then an alternative booking arrangements will be made with you
in a timely manner. - Drunk and Disorderly Behaviour
Intoxicated, disruptive persons, including members of the bridal party, causing a nuisance
will not be tolerated by Blue Wren Shuttle Service. We reserve the right to refuse any drunk
or disorderly passenger entry to our vehicles. No refunds will be given to the offending
customer under any circumstances.
Any damage caused by unruly behaviour that requires repair or excessive cleaning of our
vehicles will incur a cost. The cost for damage will be equal to the cost we incur for repairs.
Cleaning required for spillages or mishaps will include a cleaning fee of $150. This fee will
be charged at the end of the booking to the person who made the booking. - Minor Children Protocols
All children using our services must be accompanied by a paying adult. For children 7
years and younger, the responsible adult must provide and fit the correct age-appropriate
child’s seat in the vehicle. Blue Wren Shuttle Service will not take any responsibility for
the provision or fitting of child safety restraints. - Complaints
All passenger complaints must be made in writing within 48 hours after the event and
addressed to Blue Wren Shuttle Service, 42 Walker Road, Heathcote, VIC 3532. You will
receive a response in writing within five business days of receipt of the complaint.

refund. If you wish to change the date of the tour, a new booking will be made if the venue
has availability.

Depending on the type of tour and the date you have chosen, we will compile a
personalised itinerary for you based upon what we consider the best venues that are
available for your group size as well as what venues are available for group bookings on
that particular day. Some of the small boutique wineries/breweries open by appointment
only or just on weekends.

Tours run from 9:30am until 5:30pm. - Adhering to the itinerary
Each venue is booked for a certain period of time of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes
for tastings and 1.5 -2 hours for lunch.
If your group causes a time delay and your tour does not follow the times set out on the
